Une mort à soi-même...
Quelque chose que plusieurs d'entre nous ont vécu dernièrement.
On peut par contre savoir comment nourrir ses pensées en étant maître de son énergie.

Many of us go through phases where it feels as if a part of ourselves is dying or fading away—often prompted by physical or mental struggles. This sensation, sometimes described as a "death at oneself," can be unsettling but also a profound moment for transformation. From my personal experience, the key lies in mastering your energy and consciously choosing what thoughts to nourish. Our mental patterns often dominate us because we've been conditioned to follow them since childhood, sidelining our intuition. I've noticed that when I focus too much on controlling every detail or drown in fear-driven thoughts, it creates inner conflict, leading to stagnation or emotional exhaustion. A helpful approach is to practice self-awareness by observing your thoughts without judgment, gently shifting them when negative or controlling tendencies arise. Imagine your thoughts as a garden—whatever you water grows. If you cultivate kindness and presence, you allow your soul to flourish. One practical method I've embraced involves reconnecting with the present moment and tuning into my body's messages. If I feel physical discomfort or tension, I pause to breathe and listen rather than push through. This simple habit helps me align more with intuition instead of reactive mental chatter. It's also important to accept that life has ups and downs—like a heartbeat—not constantly striving for high vibrational states but welcoming shadow parts as opportunities for growth. Doing so fosters compassion for oneself and prevents the trap of self-judgment. Ultimately, mastering your energy means embracing these cycles and consciously choosing to center yourself. Allowing the universe or source to handle what’s beyond control can bring relief and open pathways for healing. When you nourish your thoughts with love and awareness, you step fully into your mission and spiritual journey, rather than being held back by ego-driven fears. From my own journey and working with others, I encourage you to try simple mindfulness exercises, journal your experiences, and give yourself permission to explore these inner shifts at your own pace. This gentle nurturing can transform what feels like an inner death into a rebirth, awakening a more centered and vibrant self.
