Guilt-free Frosting Recipe

Here’s a frosting recipe that’s tasty, smooth and creamy while being refined sugar, dairy, soy and gluten free. It also works great for piping, stacking and crumb coating😯

Guilt-free frosting:

2 cups warm water

1 cup plain, salt free instant mashed potatoes

In a large mixing bowl add warm water and then stir in the instant mashed potato flakes. Use a hand mixer to get a smooth texture and add more or less water depending on the consistency you’re looking for. I like it thick for stacking and not as thick for crumb coating and piping.
