Occasion & Servings: 4 servings

Ingredient 1 & Portion: Spaghetti Squash (1)

Ingredient 2 & Portion: Hamburger, Venison or ground chicken/turkey (1lb)

Ingredient 3 & Portion: Pasta Sauce

Ingredient 4 & Portion: Cream Cheese & 8 oz

Detailed Steps:

Prep Squash Bowls

•preheat oven to 400

•Cut Spaghetti Sqaush in half

•scoop out seeds

•coat in olive oil season with salt and pepper

•place both halves face down on baking sheet

•bake for 35-45 minutes

Prepare the filling

•brown 1lb meat of your choice

•season well with whatever your heart desires

•drain grease if any

•add pasta sauce

•add cream cheese

•simmer for 15 min

Put everything together

•take out squash bowls

•flip over face up

•use a fork to gently scrape the sides of bowls and you will see the “noodles” forming

•add filling mixture to bowls

•add your fav cheese on top

•back in the oven at 400 until cheese is melted

Additional tips/notes: Very filling and toddler approved 😊
