Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Listen I NEVER bake, but I did today
I have a Very picky 1 year old that will eat Bananas sometimes but only when she says it’s okay!
So I decided instead of throwing my bananas out in a couple days I would try this somewhat healthy alternative!
I found this recipe on Pinterest and my favorite thing about it is there isn’t a ton of sugar in it!

Ingredients:
▪️1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
▪️ 1 cup rolled oats
▪️ 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, lightly packed
▪️ 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
▪️ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
▪️ 1/2 teaspoon salt
▪️ 2 large eggs
▪️1/4 cup canola oil
▪️ 1/4 cup milk
▪️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪️ 3 Bananas, mashed
Detailed Steps:
❤️ Preheat oven to 375 degrees
❤️ In a Large bowl combine Flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
❤️ In another bowl whisk together the eggs, canola oil, milk, vanilla, and bananas
❤️ Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stir until combined
❤️ Add batter to muffin cups (they will be full, but don’t worry!)
❤️ Bake for 16-18 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean
❤️ Enjoy your muffins for 3-5 days at room temperature, or frozen up to 3 months!
