Prep it with Sea Salt & Black Pepper let it sit for an hour !

Fries :

Any Frozen Fries will do ☺️ honestly didn’t have time to make my own !

Steak Butter :

key ingredient is the Irish’s butter !! It makes a difference ! Also I added Garlic & Thyme ( as much as you prefer )

Once Steak is cooked allow to sit for 5mins before enjoying 🩷
