Sourdough Biscuits - gouda cheese -

Try this for your next sourdough discard recipe 😋

- 1 cup of King Arthur Unbleached All Purpose Flour

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup Gouda cheese

- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold

- 1 cup unfed sourdough starter/discard

preheat oven to 425° and grease a baking pan or line with parchment paper. Then combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Work butter into the mixture until butter is crumbly. Add discard and mix until dough forms. Then add in Gouda cheese and fold into dough. Grab some dough and form into ball/biscuit shape. Place on baking pan about 2 inches apart. Makes 6. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.
