I also realized how chaotic and all over the place my conversation is 🤣 #livingwithadhd

6/18 Edited to

... Read moreLiving with ADHD often means having a whirlwind of thoughts that can feel overwhelming but also uniquely expressive. When the camera turns on, many with ADHD experience what feels like an immediate mental blank or spontaneous rants, which is a common way the brain tries to keep pace with itself. This can make talking or recording videos both challenging and therapeutic. I find that embracing this chaos instead of fighting it helps reduce anxiety around self-expression. Another aspect worth sharing is the everyday struggle with self-image, such as debating whether certain glasses suit a round face, a question I often ask myself. Small insecurities like these are amplified by ADHD, where focus on details or worries can sometimes spiral. However, trying out new looks and seeking opinions from trusted communities can be a fun way to turn these moments into confidence-building experiences. On a brighter note, self-care routines can be particularly rewarding. For instance, taking pride in natural nails growing stronger and longer thanks to nail-strengthening products—applying multiple coats like the O'hara nail polish—can serve as a tangible achievement. Such small wins remind us that caring for ourselves physically often boosts our mental well-being. Overall, living with ADHD is about navigating the unpredictable flow of thoughts and feelings, sometimes feeling chaotic, but always offering an opportunity to discover what truly works for you. Sharing these personal experiences helps demystify ADHD and connects us through understanding and humor.
