My Endometriosis Daily* Tea
My favorite blend of tea to support my body with this disorder has been Traditional Medicinals: Raspberry Leaf Tea and Lemon Detox Tea.
Raspberry leaf helps tone the uterus and aids in menstrual support, while the lemon detox tea aids in skin, kidney, liver and gut health.
Recipe:
End of Menstrual Cycle to Luteal Phase if not TTC:
2 Bags of Lemon Detox Tea
1 Bag of Raspberry Leaf Tea
Organic Raw Honey for taste
Choice of filtered water to boil
Pour freshly boiled 8-10 oz water over the 3 tea bags and honey, stir, and steep (covered) for 15 minutes. Drink immediately, if not, you can chill this in the refrigerator to drink cold as an iced tea.
You can drink 1-2 cups daily for 14 days total, then you must take a break per the lemon detox packaging instructions.
A schedule you could follow could look like-
During Menstrual Cycle 1-2 cups daily:
2 Bags of Raspberry Leaf Tea
End of Menstrual Cycle + 14 days 1-2 cups daily:
2 Bags of Lemon Detox Tea
1 Bag of Raspberry Leaf Tea
Then- Take a tea break until your menstrual cycle starts.
Let me know if this helps!🌸

Endometriosis affects many women, leading to various health concerns. Incorporating herbal teas like Raspberry Leaf and Lemon Detox into your daily routine may provide significant benefits. Raspberry Leaf Tea is renowned for its ability to tone the uterus and regulate menstrual cycles, making it vital for those managing PMS or recovering from menstruation. In addition, it’s also believed to aid in promoting a healthy pregnancy. On the other hand, Lemon Detox Tea can assist in detoxification and support organs like the liver, kidney, and skin health, helping to cleanse the body from potential toxins that may amplify endometriosis symptoms. This combination not only maximizes the health benefits but also creates a soothing, flavorful beverage that can be enjoyed both hot and cold. For anyone dealing with endometriosis or similar conditions, establishing a consistent tea drinking schedule could play a crucial role in symptom management. Aim for 1-2 cups of this revitalizing tea mix daily, but remember to take breaks as needed, especially after cycles to let your body reset. It’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes.
