Living with pcos and endometriosis

The daily struggle of living with pcos and endometriosis. Nobody tells you how hard it is to not only have both of these but go through surgery and alter your life. Nobody tells you how these affect your mood swings, it controls how happy sad and mad you are. Just when you want to change work out and eat clean then boom you have a flare up and it’s back to sleeping, eating foods that aren’t good for you and moods that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I’m praying maybe now I can start fresh and put the things in my body to help never have this surgery again.

The hope is often for long-term relief, but there is always concern about recurrence and the need for further treatment.
