Tropical Banana + Nut Bars — Healthy & Delicious!
These banana protein bars are soft, chewy, and packed with nuts + seeds—basically a tropical vacation in every bite.
No added sugar, just whole ingredients and a touch of cinnamon magic.
Ingredients
Wet:
• 2 ripe bananas (mashed) 🍌
• 3/4 cup protein powder of your choice
• 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 🥥
• Dash of vanilla extract
Dry:
• 2 cups oats
• 3/4 cup almonds (chopped or whole)
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Dash of salt
Instructions
• Preheat oven to three fifty
• Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth
• Mix in protein powder, coconut oil, and vanilla
• Add oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, pine nuts cinnamon, and salt
• Stir until fully combined
• Press mixture into a lined or greased baking dish
• Bake at 350 for about 20 mins until set and lightly golden
• Let cool completely, then slice into bars
Optional: Top with peanut butter drizzle once cooled or dark chocolate drizzle
