HEAVY ON THE CORE WORK 😯 😮

FULL BODY FRIDAAAAY!!

This week was back to school week plus the same week I decided to try progressive overload so you talk about tired ! 😫 😄

But I'm also very proud for pushing through all week ! If you showed up for yourself at all this week you should feel proud too!

This full body workout is HEAVY on the core work and I'm not even gonna hold ya'll that first exercise is a lot harder than what it looks...I started with 10 pounds and was humbled immediately 😅 😳

The rest of the workout the weights varied so much...just do what feels right for you and if you can do more than 10 without struggle gon head and up the weight 💪🏾 😉
