CORE WORK THAT HITS THE FUPA !

I saw abs this morning and it turnt me up so I had to do core today to help them come thru 😆

Here's a seated core workout that BURNS LIKE A MF but SUMMER 👏🏾 IS 👏🏾 ALMOST 👏🏾 HERE 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾  there is still time to get right though ESPECIALLY with these exercises.

Now get a chair or bench (SN: I have a breakfast nook so I don't have actual chairs in my house so that's why I don't have a chair) but a bench works just as fine and do these 4 times for 30 seconds each!

I used ankle weights for an extra burn but they are not required.
