By this time we know what day it is !!

Full body workout that puts a lot of emphasis on your core. My personal favorite type of workouts lol

I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout but mainly the 5 and 10 pounds.

I did 3 sets of 12-15 of everything....except those plank rows I did a solid 7 each set 🤣 they are no joke but I can actually do them now so #growth
