Not my favorite day but these exercises made it not so painful and I love when my entire stomach is on fire...these definitely brought the heat 🔥 😩

The beauty is no equipment was really needed...although I used my 45 dumbells to hold my feet down

As far as sets and reps...you can honestly make it your own...the goal for me was 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest...that definitely did not happen though lmaoo

I was fighting for my like at about 10 seconds...so do what you can chile 😆 but seriously even if it just a few reps...just do more sets. I ended up doing 5 sets till failure...because the reps on some of these were LOOOW...ain't no need to go into details though 🙃

This was definitely a good burner though and did not take me long. I would save this one for your quick in and out type of days.

I ended up doing around five sets until failure, and although the reps per set weren’t high, the intensity was enough to challenge me. If you're pressed for time or just starting out, I recommend focusing on completing more sets rather than pushing for longer continuous work, especially with abs work, as form is key. For anyone looking to burn their abs without fancy equipment, this workout is a gem. Whether at home or traveling, you can always get that core burn going. Plus, incorporating short rest periods helps keep the heart rate up, adding a cardio element. Remember, even small movements done with consistency can lead to great results over time. Give it a try on your quick in-and-out days and watch your core strength improve while feeling the satisfying burn.
