The pickle recipe follows this.
Japanese suki broth. In the general market.
Light ginger (this house doesn't have to wear water)
Sugar (Few recipe uses sweet grass)
Pink salt
Set the water to boil.
Put on the light ginger.
Turn off the lights and start cooking.
Put in Suki broth 1-2 shes.
Tan with half sugar, but if using 1 sweet grass and pink salt, one hand
Wait until the marinade is cold. Drape the prepared salmon.
Pickle for one night. You can eat it.
But soaking it for two nights is delicious:))
