💧drinking more water - this has been a huge game changer, i feel more energized and my skin looks a lot better. i aim for 90oz/day
🥗trying to make healthy choices & count calories i try and have things like salads, but also whole meals that i’ll actually be full for hours after.
🧠not obsessing over food or calories - when i obsess over tracking every calorie, i tend to overdo it. if im hungry and i’ve fulfilled my calories for the day, i try and figure out what i am truly craving and just have it. everything in MODERATION.
🏃♂️getting more active - even if i am not working out/don’t feel like it. i can make small choices like going on a walk or running around the yard with my dogs.
🗣️talking more positively to myself - it’s so easy to get into the cycle of negative self talk. i feel like talking to myself more positively has been a game change, i get less discouraged.
