Protein muffins

I made chore chip protein muffins and they turned out decent 7/10. Could have added brown sugar to the sweetness or something similar

ingredients 🥣:

• 2 cups of Kodiak Protein Pancake mix

• chocolate chips

•3/4 cup of milk (may need to add more)

• 1 egg

• vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Directions:

preheat oven to 350° F. Mix ingredients until smooth. May need to add more milk. Pour until muffin tin is 3/4 full. Bake for 17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes about 12 muffins

Got this recipe/ idea from Jessica Barstow on TikTok. She does multiple variations but I wanted to try blueberry first. This were SO EASY and really good! I suggest adding some vanilla or cinnamon for a little extra sweetness but overall highly recommend! May kids loved them and heated them up

One of my favorite things to make! My favorite combo is the chocolate muffins with a chocolate shake! With 2 packs I get about 10 muffins. I eyeball the amount of liquid, and it’s not too thick when i pour it in. Once you mix you just cook to package instructions. I found 15min at 400 works for me!
