Mexican white trash casserole 🫶

This Mexican white trash casserole is so good and a favorite in my house! Here's how you make it!🤤

ingredients you'll need are...😊

1lb of ground beef

1/2 packet of taco seasoning

1 can of cream of chicken

1 lb bag of shredded cheese

1/2 milk

1/2 sour cream

Party size bag of nacho cheese Doritos

and 2 cans of Rotel

toppings you can choose from if you like.....😊

1 tomato diced

shredded lettuce

taco sauce

shredded cheddar cheese

and sour cream

Here's how you create this dish..☺️

first thing first preheat your oven to 350. After that cook your ground beef till brown and drain. Next you're gonna take your beef out of your pan and place in a bowl with 1 cup of shredded cheese,1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 packet of taco seasoning, 1/2 cup of milk , 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 2 cans of Rotel. Next mix everything till well combined and place your Doritos in a ziplock bag and crush them or crush the bag of Doritos till it's crushed up well. Now you layer! You start with your crushed Doritos, then some of the mixture, and then shredded cheese, and repeat that till you're out of the mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cook for 40 min. Then top with your favorite taco toppings I used lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, taco sauce, and sour cream. ENJOY!😊 ❤️🤤
