Pico de gallo chicken and Spanish rice 🥰
This pico de gallo chicken and my version of Spanish rice is easy and really delicious here’s how u make it
Ingredients for chicken
Chicken breast
pico de gallo
Mozzarella cheese shredded
poultry seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Worcestershire sauce
and Sat and pepper
Ingredients for rice
2x Knorr Spanish rice packs
Kidney beans
pico de gallo
Birds eye roasted corn
Shredded fiesta blend cheese
taco sauce
And sour cream
First the chicken your gonna first poke holes on both sides of your chicken. Next your gonna season it with Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. After you season place in an oven safe dish and cook at 350°F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you’re gonna take your chicken out and put the pico de gallo on top and your shredded mozzarella cheese and placed back in the oven for 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes Your chicken should be done.
now to the rice first thing you’re gonna do is cook your knorr Spanish rice and roasted the corn roasted corn has to be cooked in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. After your rice is completely cooked according to package instructions you’re gonna drain your kidney beans and cook those until warm and soft but not too soft. Now you’re gonna mix the corn the rice and the kidney beans and pico de gallo together and some of the shredded fiesta cheese after that plate the chicken and the rice add your taco sauce on top of the rice and a little bit of sour cream and ENJOY! ☺️ #pollo #chicken #spanishrice #foodie #yum
