Life hacks for people who have ADHD

Your brain isn't lazy. It might just be overloaded.
Here are some underrated hacks that make life a little easier:
📝 Create a "Brain Parking Lot"
Your brain keeps replaying thoughts because it's afraid you'll forget them. Keep one note in your phone for random ideas, reminders, questions, and things you need to do. Get it out of your head and somewhere safe.
⏰ Don't trust Future You.
Future You is still going to be tired, busy, and overwhelmed. Do small favors now:
Fill your water bottle before bed.
Put things by the door.
Prep what you need for tomorrow.
📍 Put reminders where the action happens.
Don't put your reminder where you see it—put it where you'll do it. Need to bring something with you? Put it by your keys. Need to remember something before leaving? Put it in front of the door.
🎧 Make boring tasks more exciting.
If your brain needs stimulation, add it:
Play your favorite playlist.
Listen to a podcast while cleaning.
Make a coffee or drink you enjoy while working.
✨ Stop aiming for perfect. Start with messy.
A bad first draft. A 5-minute clean-up. A short workout. Small progress still counts.
Your brain doesn't need more pressure. It needs better systems.
