CO-SLEEPING?OR SLEEP TRAINING?

This is such a controversial topic.

Co-sleeping works best for our family.

We have a net around our bed to keep everyone from falling on the floor!

My oldest was in his own bassinet/crib until he was 9 months old.

My second only made it 2 months.

We weren’t t getting any sleep.

He would wake up 20-30 minutes after I put him in his bed and because I had toddler in the room with us I needed a solution.

Our third is only 3 weeks old and is doing alright in the bassinet as of now and she will stay in there until we have issues.

If we don’t then she will move into a crib.

Independent sleeping is most definitely safer but at the end of the day we all need sleep and if the only way can achieve that is in one big bed then that’s what we are going to do.

I do not believe in sleep training at all.

Babies need love and reassurance.

They are NOT capable of self soothing.

BUT THAT’S JUST MY TAKE!!

My daughter has her own bed and will sleep in it occasionally. She is only 1 though lol but I love co sleeping and cuddling with her tbh . My anxiety doesn’t let me get sleep when she is in her own bed …

Co sleep. 😴 I sleep better knowing that I can hear and feel her (I have insomnia so I don’t sleep hard or much) and she sleeps great with me.
