Chicken gnocchi soup 👩🏾🍳 (swipe)
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups of shredded chicken
- 4 slices of bacon chopped
- 3 celery sticks chopped
- 2 cups of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 tbps of minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- half a bag of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 2 bags of gnocchi
- seasoning : Italian , red pepper, paprika, garlic and herb, onion, pepper, & chicken bouillon.
Directions
Cook bacon , remove it and then add about half a stick of butter to bacon grease , add in celery & onions and let it cook down, add in minced garlic , then carrots and seasoning (besides chicken bouillon add at the end) , let it cook down for 2-5 minutes then add flour , stir for 2 minutes, add in chicken broth , milk and heavy cream, let it cook for 3-5 minutes then add in spinach, stir for about 2-4 minutes, then add chicken, bacon and cheese, let that come to a boil and then add gnocchi , let it cook for 5-7 minutes , add in chicken bouillon, Italian seasoning and pepper .. then your done , enjoy :) 👩🏾🍳
