I was just diagnosed with Pcos last month since then I went from 135lbs to 124lbs I was told we could either drastically lose weight or gain weight , my hubby told me he notices how skinny I got and now I'm a bit self conscious , I've always been a skinny girl but I haven't been this weight since freshman year of high school ( 7 years ago) I'm not sure what to do , I don't wanna get too skinny but I'm not sure where to start pictures above are before and after . #pcosrny #pcosweightloss #pcos #pcosjourney #pcoscommunity
