For example, my go-to chicken salad, packed with cucumbers, tomatoes, and a light balsamic vinaigrette, isn't just delicious – it’s full of fiber and protein that keeps me full. And who says healthy can't be indulgent? My salmon bagel with crispy shallots feels like a treat but is loaded with healthy fats. Another tip I've found invaluable is to incorporate a variety of vegetables.
