Keeping a bumpdate journal helped me stay connected with the changes my body was undergoing and was a joyful way to document the baby's growth. Nutritional focus during this stage is vital, emphasizing iron-rich foods and staying hydrated to support increased blood volume and baby's development. Lastly, creating a calm, safe environment for your upcoming homebirth — including setting up a birthing space and having essential supplies ready — brings peace of mind. Embracing this journey, while staying informed and supported, can make the final weeks of pregnancy both comfortable and fulfilling.
