Let me start by saying that redefining my body was not easy, and I’m still working towards my goal but I love a good progress shot.

As you can see, I did not have much muscle to begin with. I’m aiming for bigger glutes, more muscular thighs and calf muscles and less back fat for an hourglass shape.

I take it one day at a time, and I EAT! I also take creatine and protein.

... Read moreHey everyone! So many of you are curious about how I'm tackling my body recomposition journey, and I totally get it – it’s a marathon, not a sprint! My initial post just scratched the surface, but I wanted to dive deeper into the exercises I did to get there and what my weekly workout program truly looks like, especially since so many of you are searching for female body recomposition fitness progress and body composition exercises. When I started, like many, I was looking for body recomp before after and body recomposition progress photos to keep me motivated. What I quickly realized is that consistency is key. My goal has always been specific: bigger glutes, more muscular thighs and calf muscles and less back fat for an hourglass shape. This isn't just about weight loss; it’s about strategically building muscle while shedding a little fat. My weekly workout program is structured around strength training, hitting each muscle group effectively. I focus heavily on compound movements, but also incorporate targeted exercises for those areas I want to grow, like my glutes and thighs. Typically, I aim for 3 sets of 10 repetitions for most of my main lifts. For Monday through Saturday, I’m in the gym, dedicating specific days to lower body, upper body, and full body splits. For example, a lower body day might include squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, and definitely some cable side kicks – those are amazing for glute activation and shaping! For my back, I focus on pull-ups (assisted, for now!), lat pulldowns, and rows to help achieve that toned back female look. Nutrition plays a massive role that I can't stress enough. You literally EAT! for your goals. To support muscle growth and recovery, I make sure I'm getting enough protein, and yes, I absolutely take creatine and protein supplements. Creatine has been a game-changer for my strength and endurance during my gym progress. It’s not just for guys – female body recomposition benefits hugely from it! Many of you ask about 6 month body recomposition female or 60 day workout transformation timelines. My honest advice? Focus on the process, not just the clock. Progress isn't always linear, and that's okay! Celebrate small wins.
