You might have seen photos of beautifully arranged ingredients, often called a 'flat lay,' and that's exactly how I love to showcase the fresh goodness going into my juice. Seeing all the vibrant colors laid out inspires me and reminds me of the powerful nutrients I'm about to consume. It’s a fun way to get excited about healthy eating! First up, Cucumber. It's mostly water, making it incredibly hydrating, which is crucial for overall health and skin elasticity. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, soothing your gut lining. Then there's Green Apple, my secret weapon for adding natural sweetness and providing a boost of prebiotics to feed your good gut bacteria. Plus, the pectin fiber aids digestion.
