A fitness instructors take on Zone 2 Cardio

When I hit perimenopause, everything changed, including my workouts.

The workouts I used to love—high-intensity, jumping and going all out, started leaving me feeling drained instead of energized. My body just wasn’t bouncing back the way it used to, and I knew I needed to make a change.
