Today for lunch we had these with Lima beans, cornbread, corn on the cob. I wash them, dry them off good with paper towel. Pull the membrane off the back, you can just peel a little up and pull it right off. I rubbed in mustard for a binder on both sides and added seasoning which I patted in.
