Self doubt plant based meal

My second meal of the day, and let me tell yall. I WAS READY! The oatmeal didn’t quite fill me up so I took an early lunch. I also gorged on water 👀 I’m now realizing that there’s a REASON Dr. Michael Greger includes a snack section. But I simply couldn’t afford everything I needed for said snacks. I decided to use what I had on hand which I picked these packets up a couple months ago for easy dinner nights when my partner works nights. I added the savory mix I got out of the cook book to help season. It is … like the hospital seasoning I got as a child for my meals when I was sick and admitted.

This meal kit is cheap and effective. I just have to keep reminding myself… this is for your heart health. I may take my happy a** to the grocery store for snacks later 👀 but first I will try the local food pantry. It’s hard out here yall! So far the food isn’t filling me up. Maybe I need to shrink my tummy from all the cookies I gorge on late at night 🥲
