Homemade Low sugar “pop tarts”

Made with Almond flour

1cup almond flour

1/2 cup regular flour

1/3 coconut yogurt

Your choice of sugar I used monk fruit 2tbsp

3tsp ice cold water

Knead/roll into a ball

roll out thin to your desired shape

I added strawberry preserves

Add top layer and seal

Use a fork to close

Bake 350 for 15-20 mins

Dip in icing (powdered sugar couple tsp of almond milk)

Sprinkles for a little razzle dazzle
