Pumpkin spice cookies with maple glaze🍁

Cookie Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Maple Glaze Ingredients:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tbsp milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Mix in pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla.

5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.

6. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.

7. Form together dough balls, place 2 inch apart.

8. Bake 10-12 minutes, Let cool before glazing.

8. For glaze: mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
