HEALTHY CREAMY SPINACH PASTA
This recipe feeds 2 or 1 with leftovers for lunch, but if you double it it’ll feed 4. 🩷
Ingredients:
🍝1/2 box pasta
🫙1/2 jar Yo Mama’s Spicy Alfredo
🧅 1/4 yellow onion
🥬 1 cup frozen spinach
🍗 1 shredded chicken breast
Directions:
1. In medium pot boil water for pasta (don’t forget to add salt)
2. In a medium frying pan sauté onions and spinach until both are cooked down and onions are soft
3. Add in the shredded chicken and stir
4. Add spicy Alfredo and simmer on low/med-low for 5-10 mins
5. Add in pasta and serve w/ parmesan
6. Enjoy!!
