✨🍞 HOMEMADE BREADSTICKS THAT SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING LABEL 🍞✨

I swear… these should be ILLEGAL because once you make them, you will never stop. Like… Olive Garden could never (jk I love you OG, but also… step aside). 😂

I made these ridiculously fluffy, buttery breadsticks today and honestly?? They’re the easiest, most rewarding thing I’ve baked in a long time. You know that moment when you pull something out of the oven and instantly feel like a 5-star Italian chef who should have their own cooking show? Yeah. That’s these. 👩🏻‍🍳💁🏻‍♀️

They’re soft. They’re warm. They’re slightly golden. They’re brushed with garlicky butter that smells like it could summon every neighbour within a 3-block radius. Like… WHY are they this good?? Why didn’t anyone tell me that making restaurant-style breadsticks at home is this easy?! Because now I’m doomed — I’ll be making them every week. Possibly every day. No regrets.

✨ The best part?

You don’t need fancy ingredients. You don’t need 7 hours. You don’t need to be a pro baker with a sourdough starter named “Gerald.”

You just need a bowl, a little kneading energy, and the willpower to not eat the entire batch straight off the pan. (I failed. It’s fine. 😂)

✨ The process:

Mix → Knead → Rise → Roll → Bake → Brush with garlic-butter heaven → Try not to cry tears of joy.

It’s THAT easy. Like “I could teach this to my future kids and they’d think I’m a wizard” easy. 🪄

✨ The vibe:

Cozy Italian restaurant but in your kitchen. Unlimited breadstick basket but you’re the one controlling the basket. A self-care activity disguised as carbs. A hug… but edible. 🤌💛

These are SO GOOD I fully understand why Olive Garden gives them “unlimited.” Once you start… your brain just goes: another.

And honestly? These are dangerous. In the best way.

Save this. Make these. Dip them in soup, marinara, alfredo, pesto, butter… literally anything. Or eat them plain while standing over the stove like I did, because patience? Never heard of her.
