Make a Protein Frappe with Me

Most mornings I opt to make a protein coffee frappe. It’s super easy and convenient, especially when I’m busy. I’m sure I’m not the first person to do this, but I came up with this in an attempt to cut down on the amount of beverages I had to carry into work. I would carry water, coffee, juice, and protein shake into work. This didn’t solve my problem, but it was delicious solution😋.
