I’ve always quit diets so fast because they’re so strict. I’ve just recently learned that “dieting” doesn’t necessarily mean count every single calorie… just eat less than you normally do and eat things that will help you genuinely feel better. I was getting so bogged down by just eating processed heavy carb things. This has helped me start to actually feel better in order to have the energy and motivation and get up and workout again!
