The waffle alone has 18g of protein. The honey is so much healthier than having maple syrup over the top as well.
You'll need:
●1 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix, I used buttermilk flavor
● 3/4 cup milk
● 1 tbsp oil, I used Sunflower
●3 Perdue Chicken Breast Tenders
● Kroger Hot Honey, to your desire
1.) Preheat the oven to 425°. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place chicken tenders on the pan.
2.) While the oven heats mix together, the Kodiak mix, milk, and oil.
3.) Cook chicken tenders for 15-17 minutes or until cooked through.
4.) While chicken cools make your waffle in a waffle iron.
5.) Lay chicken on top of waffle, drizzle with hot honey to your desire, and enjoy.
