What really made a difference for me was tracking my calories and being honest about my food intake. Using apps or tools like Calzy helped me see how quickly calories add up from commonplace meals and snacks, allowing me to adjust portions without feeling deprived. One key insight is that your fork adds calories faster than your workout burns them off. By focusing on eating just a bit less than I burned each day, I gradually saw the belly fat start to disappear. The balance between exercise and nutrition is what drives body transformation. Muscle growth from training improves metabolism, but it cannot cancel out an excess caloric intake. For those on a similar journey, I recommend keeping a food diary, measuring portions, and planning meals ahead. Consistency is vital — small daily adjustments at the table lead to significant results over time. Remember, the transformation truly begins when you fix your plate, not just fix your workout routine.
