Over these seven weeks, I have learned that self-love is not just about pampering yourself occasionally but involves purposeful daily actions like committing to home workouts and prioritizing fitness. One thing that helped me stay motivated was setting small, achievable goals each day rather than overwhelming myself with big targets. This included short home workout sessions, ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, that fit easily into my schedule without requiring a gym. I found that incorporating fitness into my routine improved my mental health alongside my physical wellbeing. The daily challenge helped me develop a mindset that values progress over perfection. Even on days when motivation was low, simply showing up for that workout was a self-love act in itself. Using hashtags like #workout, #homeworkout, and #motivation in my social sharing kept me connected to others on similar journeys, which created a sense of community support that was invaluable. Overall, the 'Spring Forward: 90 Days of Self-Love & Commitment' challenge reminds us that committing to ourselves every day, through movement and self-acceptance, is profound.
