Anyone else have to do a 30 minute reset after a day on an airplane? 🧴🫧

After a long day of traveling, especially when flying, your skin can feel dehydrated, dull, and tired due to dry cabin air and environmental stressors. I found that dedicating just 30 minutes to a thorough reset routine makes a huge difference in how my skin looks and feels. I start with a makeup removing balm to gently dissolve makeup and impurities, followed by rinsing with lukewarm water to freshen the skin without stripping moisture. Next, I apply a face mask that I let sit for about 20 minutes; some days I go for a peel mask which helps to brighten and refine the skin texture. After washing off the mask, I exfoliate gently to remove dead skin cells, which preps my complexion for better absorption of the next steps. One must-try step is using a red light therapy mask like OMNILUX for 10 minutes. It really helps reduce inflammation, promote collagen production, and leaves my skin glowing. After this, I apply face self-tanner for a natural glow, followed by hydrating serums like milk hydration serum and under eye serum to nourish dry areas. Finally, locking in moisture with Aquaphor and a nourishing body butter keeps the skin soft and hydrated. Adding a lash growth serum also helps me maintain healthy lashes after stressful travel. This Sunday reset is my go-to way to combat airplane skin fatigue and restore a fresh, radiant look before bedtime or the next day.
