London Fat Duck just launched a new menu!
The Signature London Pekin Duck was easily the highlight of our meal. The duck skin was perfectly crispy while the meat remained tender and juicy. I also loved the soft wraps paired with a generous selection of condiments, so everyone could customise their own duck wrap just the way they liked it.

We paired the Peking Duck with the Bi Feng Tang Salted Egg Seafood Fried Rice, and they complemented each other really well. The Charcoal Grilled Iberico Pork Belly Char Siew was another standout, with tender, succulent pork and a beautifully caramelised glaze. The Marmite Chicken was served with crispy fried youtiao and taupok, which added a nice crunchy texture to the dish.
