I love homemade sourdough making! Began my sourdough starter journey May of 2024! I always thought it was intimidating to make sourdough but after I just gave it a shot and successfully stuck with it and made my VERY OWN starter I was hooked! It’s still a learning curve but I absolutely love it! Since I’ve lowered my sugar intake, and love baking, sourdough has given me the joy of baking back without the sugar.
