Home made Maple Cinnamon Pecan Protein Granola

Have you tried to make homemade granola? It’s so easy and much healthier!! Delicious with just a hint of sweet and salty😋

Preheat oven to 300

3c Protein oatmeal (Kodiak brand)

1tsp Maple Extract

1tsp vanilla extract

1/2c Maple Syrup

2tsp Cinnamon (I used Ceylon and it was 👌🏾)

1/3 c Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil

1/2 tsp Salt

3/4c of pecans (or whatever nut or seed you like)

2tbs of chia seeds

Options= flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, dark choc chips etc

Melt coconut oil in microwave until it’s iquid. stir in maple syrup and both extracts

Mix all dry ingredients together

Pour wet into dry stir until combined

Pour onto parchment covered cookie sheet flatten out the mixture.

Bake 30 min

It will harden as it cools

Add optional add ins once cooled
