2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

⅓ cup butter

⅓ cup flour

1¾ cups chicken broth

⅔ cup milk or cream

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper

½ tsp thyme

Pie crust (top & bottom)
