Turkey Burger 🤤

Low calorie high protein !!

I was craving a burger SO BAD but I wanted to stay in my calorie range… so I figured it out and I’d do it again ! 😮‍💨

It took a while but I found that are Keto friendly, only 60 calories and include 9g of protein! Like what more could you ask for. I toasted the buns first then added spicy mayo which was only 40 calories however regular flavored lite mayo i believe was 15/30 calories. I just love spicy 🥵

The ground turkey has Dijon mustard, paprika, pepper, cumin, adobo, garlic powder!

Before I actually started making my burger I had put the sweet potato fries in the air fryer and added pepper! While it was cooking I made the burger and by the time I finished my burger my fries were done!

Ima say it again EAT WHAT YOU WANT. Just modify what you use! Lmk if y’all have any ideas/recommendations !☺️
