Occasion & Servings: lunch, dinner, snack

Ingredients & Portions:

- any ciabatta bread

- any chicken (grilled or breaded)

- mayo

- basil pesto

- feta

- black olives ( I just didn’t have any)

- pepperjack

Detailed Steps:

- preheat oven to 425

- cook bread according to package

- cook chicken according to package

- mix 1/2 cup of mayo and a spoonful of pesto plus or minus, i eyeball this part

- spread mix on bread

- add chicken

- crumble feta

- (here’s where I would add black olives)

- add pepperjack

- add red pepper flakes if you want

- broil to melted

- enjoy
