Okay, Lemon8 fam, you know I love a good Dollar Tree beauty haul, and I hit the jackpot recently! I finally tracked down the elusive Beauty Intuition Lip Glaze, specifically in the gorgeous Peony Breeze shade. I've seen these popping up all over, and for just a dollar, I had to see if it lived up to the buzz. Let's talk packaging first. It's pretty standard for a budget lip gloss – a clear tube with a doe-foot applicator. Nothing super fancy, but it gets the job done. The size is decent too, with the OCR showing 0.2 FL or 0.41 fl.oz/12mL, so you're getting a fair amount of product for the price. As soon as I twisted open the cap, that 'Peony Breeze' scent hit me. It's a light, floral scent, not overpowering at all, which is a big plus for me as I can be sensitive to strong fragrances. The glaze itself looks quite pigmented in the tube, hinting at a lovely soft pink tint. On to the application! The doe-foot applicator is soft and picks up just enough product for a good swipe. The texture of this LIP GLAZE is surprisingly smooth and non-sticky. That's usually my biggest pet peeve with affordable glosses, but this one feels really comfortable on the lips. It glides on effortlessly, leaving a beautiful, subtle shine. The 'Peony Breeze' shade translates to a sheer, natural flush of pink that brightens up my complexion without looking overdone. It’s perfect for those 'no-makeup' makeup days or for layering over a matte lipstick to add a touch of luminosity. Now, for wear time. As with most lip glosses, it's not going to last through a meal, but I found it held up well for about 2-3 hours of light wear (talking, drinking water). It fades gracefully, leaving a hint of color and a soft feeling. I also noticed it felt quite hydrating, which is a bonus. My lips didn't feel dry or tight after it wore off, which speaks to its quality, especially for a dollar item! The Beauty Intuition Lip Glaze definitely provides a nice moisture barrier. Considering the price point, this Beauty Intuition Lip Glaze is an absolute steal. It offers a comfortable, non-sticky formula, a pleasant scent, and a pretty sheer tint that's perfect for everyday wear. If you're looking for an affordable way to add a pop of subtle color and shine to your routine, or just want to try out a new gloss without breaking the bank, I highly recommend keeping an eye out for this at your local Dollar Tree.
