To add variety and challenge, I alternate between static holds such as planks with leg lifts and more active exercises like mountain climbers or leg raises. Remember to focus on proper form to avoid injury and to get the maximum benefit from each movement. Engaging both the core and hip flexors not only enhances athletic performance but also contributes to better balance and coordination.
