8 oz Spaghetti

2 Tbsp Olive Oil / Avocado Oil

3 cloves Garlic

Spinach

1/4 cup Basil (optional)

1/2 tsp Parsley

1/2 tsp lemon seasoning

1/2 tap garlic powder

1/2 garlic herb

1 tsp oregano

1/2 cilantro lime seasoning
