💬Comments: To put my excitement into words is impossible! It's Day one of doubling in size! I can't wait til I can start saving my discard! I hate the waste. I read somewhere that once it doubles 3 consecutive days within 6 hours, then it is ready. it may not be super strong, but it is safe to make bread with!

The Starter was a bit cold this morning as it seemed to be left out of the microwave. No big deal, it still doubled! (spoiler alert for tomorrow's post- the Starter is already bubbling up and will likely be doubled again) I'm ecstatic and things seem to be going well. Keeping it warm and properly measuring seem to be whats working! woohoo! Im gonna have to find another jar for my discard soon...
